Albums
If there's any advice I can give you, it's relax and enjoy yourself on your wedding day, the next best advice is, get a wedding album! Your wedding album is the most beautiful thing for you to hold and show friends and family for decades to come, it is the most tangible way to tell the story of your wedding day and bring back those amazing memories. I source my albums from an incredible family owned business in Adelaide who hand-make each one with archival paper. They’re absolutely stunning and the highest quality but are priced accordingly and range from $750-1200, they will last forever if you take care of them.
Spending the extra cash on a stunning, well made album that is going to last longer than you will is a long term investment, but I also understand that they are expensive and not everyone can afford the cost right after their wedding day, so I do offer other options. I can create contemporary matte magazine style wedding ‘zines’ which fit literally hundreds of photos. They aren’t as hardy but they are beautiful to hold and show off, and it’s economical to buy multiple copies. I can also point you in the right direction if you’re thinking of DIYing an album, more than happy to help out (anything to get a physical copy of your wedding images into your hands!) and I can do the design for you if that’s going to be helpful.
I can recommend an awesome Australian company that you can use to DIY an wedding album at a lower price point, the quality isn’t the same but it’s still very good and these albums are approx $300-400 in total depending on page count. If you are having trouble designing your album or getting started, I can put your album spreads together for you using my professional design software for a $125 design fee, then you can use the high res files to print an album from any printer you like knowing that the layout is going to be sleek, timeless and beautiful.
Contemporary softcover magazine book
These are not as hardy as the hard cover album, but they are absolutely stunning and with thinner pages you can have many more pages and therefore many more images. Think Frankie magazine or Hello May-beautiful soft, matte pages and warm clean tones. The main cost is the design, so it’s cheaper to order multiples. I’d recommend getting at least two for yourselves (one for display that can get a bit yucky, one to keep safe) and they make great gifts for parents.

Handmade hardcover keepsake album
Made by hand by a family owned company in Adelaide with thick, layflat, matte archival pages, leather cover and custom embossing. With thick pages, this feels substantial and hardy in your hands and will last a lifetime. Lots of cover options, from brown, tan and black leather to coloured fabric options, it’s almost totally customisable. 10x10inch, 12x12inch, 8.5x11inch size options. Totally worth the investment.
24 spreads (48 pages) from $750 inc GST, smaller parent albums are available from $450 inc GST
Album design for self printing
I can recommend several online printers that make decent albums at a lower price point. These will not be handmade or offer the same customisation, but it’s so valuable to get your images off the screen and into your hands, and any way you can do that is infinitely better than nothing at all. This option does not include a physical album, but a downloadable album design that you can upload to an online print company for a more affordable album.
$110 inc GST for any number of pages, including two rounds of changes ($20 per round of changes after that)
